Second Wind is not another item in my seven-point policy plan. That plan outlines the specific reforms I will pursue as a school-board member. Second Wind is something larger: a long-term vision for bringing our schools, town, families, and local employers together to give every student a genuine path toward purpose, prosperity, and service—and to give Apple Valley itself a second wind.
